SHIPPING
How long before my item will ship?
We do our best to ship within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. We only ship to residential addresses.
Where is my item shipping from?
All items on our site ships from our shop in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we ship your order.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently only ship to the US and Canada.
RETURNS
In Store Purchases
We have a 14-day full-refund return policy if you are unsatisfied with your item(s).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- We are unable to accept items that have been washed or worn. Please try on your clothing and inspect before taking the tags off. Please read the care tags on how to properly wash and care for your clothing. Millie Bo Peep is not responsible if an item shrinks or becomes damaged during wash/dry.
- If you have a physical receipt, please bring it with you. This will help us locate the transaction. If you do not have a physical receipt we can look up your information if you signed up for our Loyalty Program (by name, email, or phone number).
- We do NOT accept returns on sale items, clearance items, preorders, custom orders, or seasonal & holiday items. These items are all sales final.
- We do not accept returns on Frida Baby, Frida Mom, Earth Mama Organics, or Bee Bella products.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards
- We do not allow returns or exchanges on items in which we are running a special promotion.
Online Purchases
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@milliebopeep.com.
- We do not cover the shipping costs for returns. The shipping cost is paid for at the buyers expense. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We accept returns 14 days after receiving your item (we will be able to tell when USPS or UPS delivers your item with tracking). We only accept online-order returns within those 14 days for a full refund back onto your original payment.
- After purchasing a return label, please make sure you ship the item back NO LATER than 5-7 business days. We can also tell when the item was postmarked with tracking.
- Once we receive the item back that was returned, we will inspect the item(s). All items must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, or with product packaging still in tact.
- It may take up to 10 business days for your credit to post back onto your card/form of payment. If you having any issues we recommend contacting your bank provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
For caring for our bamboo clothing and delacate items, it is recommended that you wash on gentle cycle + cold, and hang to dry. Millie Bo Peep is not responsible if an item shrinks or becomes damaged during wash/dry.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Again, we do not accept returns on seasonal items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For online orders: We currently do not accept exchanges.
In store-purchases:
- We accept exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. If we do not have the item in stock, you can choose a different item in the store to replace the item OR we can return the item for a full-refund or store credit.
- All of the conditions still apply as our return policy.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, tags still attached or packaging still in tact.
- We should be able to look up your transaction in our system if you are signed up for our Loyalty Program. If you have a physical receipt, please bring it with.
- We do not allow exchanges after 14 days.
