How long before my item will ship?
We do our best to ship within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, or through UPS.
If you placed an order for local pick up, your order wil be ready within 24 hours. Local orders made between Sunday and Tuesday will be ready on Wednesday.
WE ONLY SHIP TO RESIDENTIAL. We do not ship to commercial or warehouses.
Where is my item shipping from?
All items on our site ships from our shop in Kenosha, Wisconsin. If you are local and would like to pick your order up please place your order online and choose "local pickup."
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we ship your order.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do ship internationally to Canada and Australia. Due to carrier rates, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on internationally shipped items.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase only for a full refund. Please see our Return policy tab to see if your item qualifies. You can find our return & exchange policy here.
If you purchased online, the buyer is responsible for purchasing their own return label.
Are your items authentic?
Yes, always. We purchase our items directly with the brand.
